The Website is meant for Individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old. Any person accessing the Website who is under the age of thirteen (13) years old should leave the Website immediately.
The User acknowledges that Voyant is not an employment agency and does not solicit employment or candidates for any User. Voyant does not guarantee that any job posting or resume will be viewed by any specific number of candidates or employers. Voyant is not involved in any transactions between Users and each User is solely responsible for negotiating all terms of employment.
GENERAL USE OF THE WEBSITE BY THE USER:

The Website permits Users to upload, publish, or display information on the Website ("
") including on various interactive portions, such as, forums, message boards, and other interactive features. The User grants Voyant and any of Voyant's successors, licensees, assigns, and affiliates, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any Post, and in any media, now known or later devised.
Voyant is not obligated to monitor Posts, but may do so in Voyant's sole discretion. Voyant is entitled to edit or delete any Post, including any information or hyperlinks within a Post, or prohibit a Post from being published. Voyant is not responsible for the accuracy of any Posts, nor does Voyant verify the accuracy of any Posts.
If a User believes that any Posts are inaccurate or objectionable, the User may contact Voyant by emailing detailed information about the nature and location of the relevant Post to
The Website permits Users to access a database containing job postings and resumes (the "
"). The access rights within the Resume Database may differ among Institutions, Individuals, and Employers.
Voyant is not obligated to monitor any content within the Resume Database, but may do so in Voyant's sole discretion. Voyant is not responsible for the accuracy of any content within the Resume Database, nor does Voyant verify the accuracy of any content within the Resume Database.
Voyant is not a data storage service and is not obligated to store and maintain the User's data or provide copies of any information stored with Voyant, except as required by law.
If the User accesses the Website on a mobile device, then the User may be subject to data charges from the provider servicing the mobile device. Voyant is not responsible for these charges.
Other than as required by law, Voyant is entitled to make any changes to the Website without prior notice to the User. These changes may include modifying or withdrawing any part of the Website, temporarily or permanently.
ERRORS AND INACCURACIES:
The Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and some information may not be incomplete or current ("
"). Voyant is entitled to correct any Errors at any time and without prior notice to the User, even if the Errors were not caused by Voyant. Voyant is not liable for any harm or offense caused by any Errors.

Voyant does not endorse any content contained in the External Resources, nor is Voyant liable for any harm or offense caused by a User accessing the External Resources.
INDIVIDUALS, INSTITUTIONS, AND EMPLOYERS:
Individuals may only access the Website through an Institution's subscription ("
When an Individual creates an Account, the Individual will be asked to provide the Website with certain information including a valid email address, contact information, and a resume ("
The Profile that an Individual creates must be accurate and describe the Individual, and not describe or be used for any other person or entity.
The Individual is solely responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any resume or other material contained in the Profile.
An Individual shall only access the Resume Database for the purpose of looking for employment opportunities. An Individual may use the Website for networking opportunities.
The Individual has no ownership rights in the Individual's Account.
The Institution that is permitting the Individual access to the Website may gather anonymous data about the Individual's use of the Website ("
"). Voyant is not responsible for how Anonymous Reports are used.
Each Subscription is agreed to separately between Voyant and the Institution and must be documented by a signed invoice or other means deemed acceptable by Voyant.
The Institution is responsible for maintaining the Institution's list of Individuals and for determining an Individual's access rights to the Website pursuant to the Subscription.
The Institution is permitted to create Anonymous Reports. Voyant is not responsible for how the Anonymous Reports are used by the Institution. The Anonymous Reports are for reference purposes only and should not be relied upon by the Institution.
Employers shall only use the Resume Database for the purpose of adding job postings and for contacting Individuals and Institutions about employment opportunities.
Voyant is entitled to restrict an Employer's access rights to the Resume Database, including the amount of resume views during any given time period. Voyant may modify these restrictions at any time.
An Employer shall use the Resume Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. Each Employer agrees not to disclose any of the data from the Resume Database to any third party unless such disclosure is solely for seeking or promoting candidates for employment.
The Employer warrants that the Employer takes appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data that the Employer obtains from the Resume Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
ProhibitiONS on the User:
The User shall not do any of the following:
Violate applicable law;
Transmit any information that is defamatory, libelous, disruptive, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, harmful, abusive, harassing, obscene, hateful, sexist, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by Voyant's sole discretion;
Transmit any material that impairs the use of the Website or contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed to interfere with the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, or spy on the information being transmitted through those mediums;
Infringe any intellectual property rights including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right;
Transmit any junk mail, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailing or spamming, including advertising or solicitations;
Post anything that contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
Provide material that is sexual or violent in nature;
Promote illegal activities or conduct including instructional information about or support for illegal activities;
Solicit passwords or personal identifying information from other Users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
Use the Website for commercial activities or sales without the prior written consent of Voyant, such as, contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
Use sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive content that is intended to draw traffic to a Profile or Post;
Post about a political party, agenda, position, or issue, unless the Institution or Employer is a political organization;
Post about religion, unless the Institution or Employer is a religious organization;
Attempt to violate or violate the security of the Website including attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
Engage in any activity that interferes with another User's ability to use the Website;
Allow a person under the age of thirteen (13) to access the Website;
Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent an affiliation with a person or entity, create a false identity, or use an image that is not the likeness of the User;
Post a resume, create a Profile, or apply to a job on behalf of another;
Disclose information that is protected by confidentiality obligations;
Gain entry into restricted areas of the Website without permission from Voyant;
Use another User's login credentials, share login credentials, or share access to the portions of the Website that require login credentials;
Request the use of human body parts or the donation of human body parts, including reproductive services, such as, egg donation and surrogacy;
Repeatedly Post the same or similar Post or an excessively large Post; or
Assist or encourage a third party to engage in such prohibited activities.
In addition, Employers shall not do any of the following:
Use the Resume Database for any other purpose, such as, advertising or making irrelevant and unsolicited contact with other Users, unless that User has agreed to be contacted for other reasons.
Share the Employer's access to the Resume Database with any third party;
Make a misrepresentation to Voyant or mislead Voyant in regards to the Employer's business activities.
Employers shall not include the following in a job posting:
Misleading, unreadable, or hidden keywords, or repeated keywords that are irrelevant to the job, as determined by Voyant;
Names, logos, or trademarks of unaffiliated companies, other than those that the Employer has permission to use for the job posting;
The names of colleges, cities, states, towns, or countries that are unrelated to the job posting;
More than one job, job category, or location in any job posting, unless multiple jobs are being offered or the job involves multiple locations;
Inaccurate, false, or misleading information;
Post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity, and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
Post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or federal, state or local government contract;
Post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with the Website;
Sell, promote, or advertise products or services;
Post any franchise, pyramid scheme, club membership, distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;
Post any business opportunity that requires an up-front or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, or sub-agents;
Post any business opportunity that pays commission only, unless the posting clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the candidate would be selling;
Promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment, which is generally indicated by the Employer's use of IRS forms W-2 or 1099;
Post about sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;
Post jobs located in countries that are subject to economic sanctions of the U.S. Government; and
Except where allowed by applicable law, Post jobs that require the applicant to provide information relating to the applicant's racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health, sexual life, the commission of criminal offenses or proceedings, or age.
Voyant is the owner of the Voyant trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property ("
"). User agrees that all Marks contained in the Website are owned by Voyant. The User shall not do any of the following:
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit the Website or any image, page layout, page design, trade dress, trademark, logo, or other content such as audio clips, video clips, articles, and data compilation ("
Use a robot, spider, or data mining or extraction tool or process to monitor, extract, or copy Site Content;
Use any meta tags, search terms, key terms, or the like that contain the name of the Website or the Marks;
Modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any technology used to provide the Website;
Use, copy, distribute, or exploit any of the Marks or Site Content in any manner without Voyant's prior express written permission; or
Assist or encourage any third party in engaging in prohibited activities under this section.
The User is solely responsible for all Posts and other transmissions done pursuant to the User's account, regardless of whether such User actually commissioned the action. The User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the User's account, regardless of whether such use was authorized by the User.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's account, login credentials, and computer terminal.
All Posts become public information. The User should use care when including personally identifiable information, such as, name, address, telephone number, or email address in any Post. The User may not want to include such information in any Post since the User may then receive unsolicited messages from other Users.
If a User chooses to communicate or meet with another User, that User does so at the User's own risk. Voyant does not have any obligation to verify the identity of any User or screen any Users. User acknowledges that there are risk with meeting other Users, including the risk of physical harm. User assumes all risks associated with dealing with other Users.
Voyant does not guarantee that any file that is available for download on the Website will be free of viruses or other harmful programs. The User downloads files at the User's own risk.
USER AGE REQUIREMENTS:
As stated in the Introduction section, the Website is meant for Individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old. Any person accessing the Website who is under the age of thirteen (13) years old should leave the Website immediately.
Voyant also money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Voyant will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Voyant will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales taxes.
DEACTIVATION OR TERMINATION:
If a User deactivates the User's Account or the Account is terminated by Voyant, all information associated with that Account including resumes, contacts, Profile, mailing lists, and other information will be deactivated and not viewable by the User. The User's information will also be removed from any public area of the Website, including any Posts.
Some of the User's information may be available for a period of time after the deactivation or termination due to Voyant's web servers. Voyant is entitled to maintain any of the User's Account information for internal purposes. In addition, third parties may have saved copies of the User's information prior to the deactivation or termination. Reactivating an account may not be possible.
Voyant is entitled to delete a User's Account after a significant duration of inactivity.
Voyant implemented a procedure for receiving written notice about claimed infringements pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
If a User believes that the User's copyright has been infringed on the Website, please notify Voyant using one of the methods listed below:

The User's name, address, telephone number, email address, and all other information that is reasonably sufficient to permit Voyant to contact the User;
A statement by the User that the User has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rightful owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement by the User, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that the User is the owner of the right claimed to be infringed or violated or that the User is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
VOYANT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN RELATION TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION. VOYANT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ABILITY OF THE USER TO OBTAIN OR FILL OPEN EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS, THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION THAT WILL BE PAID, THE NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT, OR THE NATURE OF POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYERS. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS ARE NOT RELATED TO OR AFFILIATED WITH VOYANT, AND VOYANT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR SUCH POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS, THEIR ACTIONS, OR INACTIONS. USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FULLY INVESTIGATING ANY SUCH POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYERS. USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE USER WILL NOT FIND EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
VOYANT DOES NOT CONTROL THE INFORMATION POSTED OR DISTRIBUTED ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE. VOYANT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THE ACCURACY, CURRENCY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT, JOB POSTING, OR RESUME DISTRIBUTED OR MADE AVAILABLE BY USERS THROUGH THE WEBSITE. VOYANT MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE WILL MEET THE USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR BUGS OR ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE.
User authentication on the Internet is difficult. Voyant cannot and does not confirm that each User's claimed identity or Profile is truthful or accurate. Voyant is not involved and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior, representations, or statements of Users on the Website or the accuracy of the information provided by such Users. In the event that a User has a dispute with another User, the User releases Voyant (and all of Voyant's affiliates, assigns, successors, agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
IF USER IS A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, USER WAIVES CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."

U.S. EXPORT CONTROLS:
Software from the Website is further subject to United States export controls. No software may be downloaded from the Website or otherwise exported or re-exported (a) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Sudan, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other Country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA USERS:

MANDATORY ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES:
Place of Arbitration Hearings. Unless the User elects to conduct the arbitration by telephone, written submission, or an in-person hearing in or near the User's hometown, the arbitration will conducted at a hearing held in the JAMS facility in New York, New York.
Selection of Arbitrator will be made pursuant to JAMS' Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures or JAMS' Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures, depending on the amount of the claim as specified herein.
Findings and Conclusions. The arbitrator(s) shall, after reaching judgment and award, prepare and distribute to the parties written findings of fact and conclusions of law relevant to such judgment and award and containing an opinion setting forth the reasons for the giving or denial of any award. The award of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment thereon may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Costs and Fees. The User will be subject to a $250 filing fee to initiate an arbitration. To the extent permitted by JAMS procedures, each party will bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrators' and administrative fees of arbitration. Voyant will be responsible for its share of costs, expenses and fees plus any costs, expenses and fees required of it under JAMS procedures.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER:
Voyant's failure to enforce any of Voyant's rights under the Term of Use is not a waiver of any future enforcement of those rights.

. If a User sends an email that asks for a response, and the User does not receive a response within ten (10) business days, the User may send another email. When the User sends email to Voyant, the User agrees that Voyant may communicate with the User electronically. The User acknowledges that communications by email are not considered confidential communications. Therefore, the User should not send Voyant any confidential information by email as Voyant is not responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. If the User submits any suggestions or other feedback about the Website, the User agrees that Voyant may use such information for any purpose and without compensation to the User.

Types of Personal Information Collected
Voyant will ask the User for certain kinds of personal information ("
") to provide the services requested. Personal Information includes:
Email list: When the User creates an Account, the User may be given the option to be added to Voyant's mail list. Whether or not the User selects this option, the User's Personal Information will never be shared with or sold to third parties without the User's prior consent. To be removed from Voyant's email list, the User must email Voyant at
and include the User's name and email address in the message, or click the "unsubscribe" button found at the bottom of the emails from Voyant.
Contact information, resume and Profile information: When the User creates an Account, Voyant collects information directly from the User including the User's contact information, resume, and Profile information.
Credit card information: When the User registers for the Website, the User may be asked to provide credit card information. If so, the User's credit card information may be stored by Voyant's credit card processing company, and the User will be charged the monthly fee as long as the User's Account is active.
Automatic collection: When the User uses the Website, Voyant also collects information about the User automatically including how the User uses and interacts with the Website, the User's demographic information, and information about the User's computer or mobile device.
Use of Personal Information
Voyant uses the Personal Information collected for various purposes including:
To provide the services Voyant offers;
To identify the User's product and service preferences, so Voyant can notify the User of new or additional job postings, services, and promotions that might be of interest to the User;
To improve Voaynt's customer service, and overall Website experience;
To conduct surveys;
To provide informational and service-related communications, including important security updates; and
To communicate with the User by email, postal mail, telephone, text message, or other means about Voyant, Voyant's products, the jobs the User has inquired about or applied for, or other information that Voyant believes may be of interest to the User.
When the User accesses the Website, Voyant may collect or use information about the User from publicly-available websites through cookies (described herein) and from the User's of the Website, regardless of whether the User has an Account with Voyant or logs in to the Website. The User will have the opportunity to claim, change the visibility setting of, or remove the information. However, Voyant may later collect that same information from the User from the same sources. Voyant may also acquire information about the User from third parties to further personalize and enhance the User's experience.
An Individual's use of the Website may be subject to the oversight of the Institution that is permitting the Individual to use the Subscription. The Institution may create Anonymous Reports.
Sharing Personal Information With Third Parties
Voyant does not share, sell, or trade the User's Personal Information gathered online with any third parties, except with the User's consent or as described herein. Voyant does not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such Personal Information.
Voyant shares the User's information with third parties to help Voyant deliver the services to the User, with the User's consent. These third parties may not use the User's information for any other purpose.
Voyant may disclose the User's Personal Information when legally required to do so, to cooperate with law enforcement investigations or other legal proceedings, to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Website, to limit our legal liability, and protect Voyant's rights or to protect the rights, property or safety of Users of the Website or the public.
Voyant may also disclose the User's Personal Information to outside persons or companies that help Voyant bring the User the products and services that Voyant offers and to create, operate, and maintain the Website. For example, Voyant may work with third parties to: (a) manage a database of User information; (b) assist in distributing emails; (c) assist with direct marketing and data collection; (d) provide data storage and analysis; (e) provide fraud prevention; (f) provide customer service; and (g) provide other services designed to assist in developing and running the Website and maximizing Voyant's business potential. Voyant requires that these outside companies agree to keep all information shared with them confidential and to use the information only to perform their obligations to Voyant.
In addition, if Voyant goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, the User's Personal Information will likely be among the assets transferred. In addition, Voyant may share the User's Personal Information with corporate affiliates.
The Website may allow Users to Post comments and other content to the Website. Any Personal Information that the User Posts to the Website will become public information and will be accessible by other Users of the Website. In addition, the User's User name will be viewable by other Users, and the User is encouraged to use a User name that is not the User's actual name. Voyant has no responsibility to maintain the privacy or security of any such Personal Information that the User may choose to Post to the Website.
Voyant has no control over Personal Information that the User Posts to public areas of the Website or Personal Information that a User discloses to another User or third party. The User acknowledges that it is the User's responsibility to use caution when disclosing any Personal Information to another User or a third party, whether through the Website or otherwise. Voyant has no responsibility with regard to any Personal Information that the User Posts on public areas of the Website or discloses to other Users or third parties.
How VOYANT StoreS Information
Voyant may store the User's information to make the User's interaction with the Website more efficient, practical, and relevant. The User may access, review, correct, update, or delete the User's resume or Profile any time by signing in to the User's Account. Users may contact Voyant with questions at
When the User deletes Personal Information, Voyant will retain logs and non-personal information about the User's activity on the Website. Voyant will also retain an archival copy of the information, which is not accessible by Users or third parties on the internet. If the User's Personal Information was previously accessed and saved by others using the Website, then Voyant is unable to delete the information from their systems.
Although the User does not have to provide location information to Voyant to use the mobile applications, some of the services may require a zip code to function. The User may manually enter a zip code and Voyant will save the zip code for future reference. Alternatively, when the User downloads the mobile application, the User may choose to allow it to obtain the User's precise location from the mobile device. In this case, Voyant will determine the User's zip code from the precise location data received from the mobile device. Voyant does not store precise location data. Voyant only stores the zip code associated with the location, which contains no Personal Information. Voyant may also offer automatic or "push" notifications through the mobile applications. Voyant will provide push notifications only to those Users who opt-in to receive such notifications. If the User has questions about location and notification privacy, the User should contact the mobile service provider or the manufacturer of the device to learn how to adjust the settings.
In the future, Voyant may offer updated or enhanced versions of the mobile applications that include additional features created by Voyant or using third party functionality. The mobile applications or the third party may automatically collect information about the User's precise location from the User's device, but only if the User allow it.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Voyant may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information from the User ("NPII"). NPII is not associated with the User as a specific person. NPII is measured anonymously and only in the aggregate.
Voyant may also use "pixel tags" (sometimes called "web beacons" or "clear gifs"), which are tiny graphic images, on the Website. Pixel tags help Voyant analyze Users' online behavior and measure the effectiveness of the Website and any advertising and marketing. Voyant may also use other analytical tools to evaluate Website performance through the use of aggregated data, which contain no Personal Information. Voyant works with service providers that help track, collect, and analyze this information.
Voyant may also work with businesses that use tracking technologies to deliver advertisements on behalf of Voyant across the internet. These companies may collect information about the User's visits to the Website and the User's interaction with Voyant's advertising and other communications, but no Personal Information is shared with them.
Voyant may combine the NPII collected through cookies, pixel tags and other analytical tools with other information that Voyant collected from the User. This information may be used to improve the Website, to personalize the online experience, to help Voyant deliver information to the User, to determine the effectiveness of advertising, and for other internal business purposes.
Voyant strives to keep the User's Personal Information private and safe. Voyant takes commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative steps to maintain the security of Personal Information collected, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to database servers, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access.
Unfortunately, despite Voyant's best efforts, the transmission of data over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While Voyant will use reasonable means to ensure the security of information that the User transmits through the Website, Voyant cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by third parties. Voyant may prosecute any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Links to Other Websites
While visiting the Website, the User may link to websites operated by third parties or arrive at the Website using a link found in another website. This does not mean that Voyant endorses these websites or the goods or services they provide. Voyant does not make any representations or warranties about any website that may be linked to the Website. Such other websites are independent from Voyant, and Voyant has no control over, or responsibility for, their information, products, or activities.
If a User does not want to receive emails from Voyant, the User may click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication sent by Voyant. It may take ten (10) business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of promotions may already have been in process before the unsubscribe request was submitted.
"Spoofing" And "Phishing
A common internet scam is known as "spoofing" or "phishing." This occurs when a User receives an email from what appears to be a legitimate source requesting Personal Information. Voyant will not send Users any emails requesting them to verify any Personal Information. If a User ever receives an email that appears to be from Voyant requesting such information from the User, the User should NOT respond to it, and should NOT click on any links appearing in the email. Instead, the User should forward the email to Voyant at
. Voyant will investigate instances of possible internet fraud.
Children and Privacy
The Website is not meant for children, and Voyant will not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verified parental consent. Voyant will remove any Personal Information from Voyant's files that Voyant discovers to be under thirteen (13) years old.
Remarketing and Do No Track Signals
Voyant does not authorize the collection of personally identifiable information on the Website by third parties.
California Privacy Rights
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask Voyant for a notice describing what categories of Personal Information that Voyant shares with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates' direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and addresses. If the User is a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, the User should submit a written request to the following address:

Users are able to change their Personal Information by emailing or calling Voyant;
Some internet browsers include the ability to transmit "Do Not Track" signals that give the User control over the collection and use of web browsing information. Since uniform standards for "Do Not Track" signals have yet to be adopted, Voyant does not currently have the ability to recognize "Do Not Track" signals and may track, plant cookies, or use advertising even when a "Do Not Track" browser mechanism is in place; and
Voyant allows the collection of Users' behavioral tracking (but not Personal Information) by third parties. Voyant does not authorize the collection of Personal Information on the Website by third parties.
Disclosure for Legal Purposes
The User hereby authorizes Voyant to disclose any of the User's Personal Information pursuant to judicial and administrative proceedings and to law enforcement or government agencies if Voyant believes that the disclosure is necessary or appropriate. The User also authorizes Voyant to disclose Personal Information if Voyant believes that the disclosure is necessary or appropriate in the event of an investigation of improper or illegal conduct in connection with the Website, such as fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that may put Voyant at risk for liability.
Voyant does not want Users to send to Voyant any confidential or proprietary information through email or otherwise. Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas or comments sent to Voyant will be considered non-confidential, and by submitting the same to Voyant, Users are giving Voyant the absolute right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute the information for any purpose whatsoever, with no payment or other compensation to the User. However, Voyant will not use the User's name unless Voyant is required by law to identify the source of the materials, information, suggestions, ideas, or comments, or unless Voyant first obtains the User's permission.
